7. Provider Schedule for Current and Future Services

Publish this as a linked schedule and update it before a provider changes or begins receiving customer information. The current beta provider is named below. Future services remain waitlists or unavailable until an appropriate regulated provider is selected and separately disclosed.

Tax transcript and financial review: Jessica Benitez Martinez, CPA, through BM Advisory & Co., 14635 Harris Place, Miami Lakes, FL 33014-2727, receives specified IRS information under Form 8821, reviews customer-uploaded financial materials, and provides high-level findings for the Financial Deep Clean. OFNDS pays BM Advisory & Co.; the customer does not pay BM Advisory & Co. through the Platform. Required separate agreement: Form 8821; a separate professional engagement is required if tax advice, return preparation, or representation is added. Consumer-report retrieval: no provider during the beta; customers obtain and upload their own reports; OFNDS does not pull reports; no compensation; customer upload authorization and redaction notice apply. Debt relief: no provider confirmed; service not currently offered; no debt negotiation, settlement, adjustment, enrollment, or referral is currently performed; no compensation; a provider agreement, customer consent, compensation disclosure, and required debt-relief disclosures must precede launch. Banking and deposit products: no provider confirmed; waitlist only; OFNDS collects interest in future checking and savings products but does not open accounts, accept deposits, or move money; no compensation during the beta; provider terms, fee schedule, privacy notice, and accurate FDIC disclosure must precede launch. Investment services: no provider confirmed; interest collection only; OFNDS collects basic profile and interest information for a possible future referral to a licensed investment professional; OFNDS does not recommend, accept, or facilitate investments; no compensation during the beta; the licensed provider's agreement and regulatory disclosures, plus a separate referral consent, must precede any referral. Financial analysis software: no provider selected; not in use; no unidentified software may receive customer financial information during the beta; no compensation; security and privacy review, provider agreement, updated disclosures, and any required consent must precede use.
