Financial Deep Clean Service Terms
Effective date: September 10, 2026 · Last updated: September 10, 2026
3. Financial Deep Clean Service Terms
3.1 Service ordered
These Financial Deep Clean Service Terms supplement the Terms of Use and apply when you purchase a beta Financial Deep Clean for \$279, unless a different promotional price is displayed and accepted at checkout. Your purchase covers only the deliverables stated here or at checkout; follow-on professional or third-party services require a separate agreement and fee disclosure.
3.2 Included organizational report
Subject to receiving adequate information and authorizations, the Financial Deep Clean is designed to provide a report organized into four areas:
1\. Money: estimated income over the prior 12 months, estimated expenses, a monthly average, and a six-month trend based on customer-authorized records.
2\. Tax: available IRS balance information, filing years that may need attention, a known deadline if identified, and a high-level tax-status summary based on records obtained by the named tax professional.
3\. Debt: total debt identified in the materials reviewed, including credit cards, collections, and other reported debt, plus an educational description of potential next-step categories.
4\. Business: available entity-status information and high-level recommendations concerning bookkeeping or review of business structure.
The report is a point-in-time organizational snapshot, not an audit, compilation, tax opinion, credit decision, valuation, financial plan, debt-adjustment plan, or guarantee.
3.3 Information sources and estimation
During the beta, the report may use information you submit; 12 months of bank statements that you download from your financial institutions and upload through ShareFile; tax information obtained by Jessica Benitez Martinez, CPA, through BM Advisory & Co. under IRS Form 8821; a credit report you obtain and upload through ShareFile; public business records; and calculations or classifications produced through professional human review. OFNDS does not currently connect to your bank account or obtain a consumer report from a consumer reporting agency or intermediary.
OFNDS has not selected software to analyze customer financial information. No such software will receive your statements, credit report, tax information, or other sensitive financial materials during the beta unless OFNDS first identifies the provider, reviews its privacy and security practices, updates the applicable disclosures, and obtains any legally required consent.
Income and expense figures are estimates unless a separately engaged accounting professional verifies them. Transaction descriptions can be incomplete or misclassified. Pending transactions, cash activity, accounts not connected, refunds, transfers, chargebacks, platform fees, taxes, and mixed personal/business expenses can affect results. You must identify missing accounts or obvious errors.
3.4 Tax-information boundary
Jessica Benitez Martinez, CPA, through BM Advisory & Co., 14635 Harris Place, Miami Lakes, FL 33014-2727, is the independent tax professional designated to receive the IRS information listed on the customer's Form 8821. She reviews the authorized IRS transcripts and provides OFNDS and the customer with a high-level summary of relevant tax-account findings. OFNDS does not receive the underlying IRS transcripts. Form 8821 does not authorize Ms. Martinez or OFNDS to advocate, negotiate, or act as power of attorney before the IRS. Representation, return preparation, amended returns, resolution, installment agreements, offers in compromise, and tax advice require a separate engagement with a qualified provider.
For joint returns, each taxpayer may need a separate authorization. You are responsible for reviewing the completed authorization, including the designee, tax forms, years, and duration, before signing.
3.5 Credit and debt boundary
OFNDS is not a consumer reporting agency and does not create a credit report for use by others. During the beta, OFNDS does not obtain consumer reports from a consumer reporting agency or intermediary. If you choose to include credit information in the Financial Deep Clean, you must obtain your own credit report and upload it through ShareFile. OFNDS uses the uploaded report only to organize the Debt section and provide general educational next-step categories.
The Financial Deep Clean does not include credit repair, credit-report disputes, creditor negotiation, debt settlement, debt adjustment, debt consolidation, or legal advice. Any such service is optional and provided only by a separately named provider under its own agreement, eligibility rules, fees, risks, and required disclosures.
3.6 Business and investment boundary
Entity-status and bookkeeping observations are educational and may be based on public records or the information you provide. They do not confirm that an entity is in good standing in every jurisdiction or that a business structure is legally or tax-optimal.
Any content concerning saving, investing, or building wealth is general education. OFNDS does not recommend a security or investment strategy based on your individual circumstances. Brokerage, advisory, or investment services, if later offered, will be provided under a separate agreement by the specifically identified regulated provider.
3.7 Customer cooperation
You agree to complete intake accurately, use the designated secure channels, provide requested authorizations, and respond to reasonable clarification requests. OFNDS may pause or close an incomplete engagement if required information is not supplied after reasonable reminders. OFNDS will not knowingly process documents belonging to another adult without that person's authorization.
3.8 Delivery and corrections
OFNDS expects to deliver the Financial Deep Clean within 30 business days after all required intake information, identity materials, authorizations, bank statements, credit report, and other requested records are complete. Delays caused by the IRS, financial institutions, customers, or other third parties are outside OFNDS's control. If OFNDS cancels the engagement, determines that it cannot complete the service, or fails to deliver within the applicable delivery period for reasons within its control, OFNDS will refund the purchase price. If you identify a material transcription or calculation error attributable to OFNDS within 30 days after delivery, notify info@onlyfnds.com and OFNDS will use reasonable efforts to correct the report without an additional fee.
3.9 No reliance for urgent deadlines
Do not wait for the Financial Deep Clean to address an IRS, court, creditor, filing, collection, or other deadline. The report is not emergency assistance. You remain responsible for notices, payments, filings, response dates, limitation periods, and professional advice.
3.10 Separate consents control
Secure document processing, identity verification, electronic signatures, tax authorizations, and any future enrollment with a third-party provider each require the separate disclosure or consent presented for that step. You may decline an optional authorization, but OFNDS may be unable to complete the affected portion of the report.
