5. Electronic Communications and Signature Consent

5.1 Consent to electronic records

You consent to receive agreements, disclosures, notices, authorizations, tax forms, privacy notices, reports, receipts, and other records relating to the Platform and services electronically. You also consent to use electronic signatures and agree that an electronic signature or acceptance has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature to the extent permitted by law.

5.2 How records are delivered

Electronic records may be delivered by email, secure link, account or portal display, downloadable file, or an e-signature provider. Keep your email address current and check spam or filtering settings. Transactional records may contain time-sensitive information.

5.3 Hardware and software requirements

To access and retain electronic records, you need: a device with reliable internet access; a current browser capable of secure encrypted connections; a working email account; software capable of viewing PDF files; and sufficient storage or printing capability. Before consenting, confirm that you can open and retain this disclosure. If requirements materially change in a way that creates a significant risk that you cannot access records, OFNDS will provide legally required notice and renewed consent.

5.4 Paper copies and withdrawal

You may request a paper copy of an electronic record by contacting legal@onlyfnds.com; a reasonable copying or mailing charge will be disclosed before fulfillment if permitted by law. You may withdraw consent to electronic records prospectively by contacting the same address. Withdrawal does not affect the validity of records or signatures completed before withdrawal. Because the service is designed for electronic delivery, withdrawal may prevent OFNDS or a provider from completing an unfinished service; any resulting cancellation is governed by the applicable refund terms.

5.5 Updating contact information

Tell OFNDS promptly if your email address or other electronic contact information changes. A change may be submitted through your account or by emailing info@onlyfnds.com.

5.6 Separate government and provider requirements

An agency or third-party provider may impose additional signature, identity, or record requirements. Your acceptance of this consent does not itself sign Form 8821, authorize a consumer report, link a bank account, or accept a separate provider agreement. Each such action requires the specific form or consent presented for that transaction.
