Frequently asked questions
Do I have to be a creator?
No. You can also apply if you work with creators or have a relevant community or network.
What does my community receive?
The regular Financial Deep Clean price is $299. Through an active, approved creator link it is $279.
When do I get paid?
Each qualifying purchase earns $75. The commission becomes payable 30 days after both the customer's payment and delivery of their Financial Deep Clean report, provided the purchase remains eligible. We send monthly payouts by the 15th of the following month, or the next business day if that date falls on a weekend or United States federal holiday. Complete secure payout onboarding before your first payment. Your dashboard shows pending earnings, payable earnings, and payment history. Bank processing can affect when funds arrive. For example, if payment is received October 10 and the report is delivered October 20, the 30-day hold ends November 19 and the payout is sent by December 15, assuming no refund or dispute and completed payout onboarding.
What happens if a customer gets a refund?
A full refund removes the commission for that purchase. A partial refund reduces it proportionally. A payment dispute places the affected commission on hold while it is resolved. If the commission was already paid, a documented adjustment may be offset against future earnings or requested back under the Program Agreement. Unrelated eligible earnings are not automatically forfeited.
Do I have to buy anything or pay to join?
No. Participation is free, no product purchase is required, and you earn from qualifying customer purchases, not recruiting other participants.
Do I earn on other products?
The initial program covers the Financial Deep Clean only. Any future product commissions will have their own written terms before they begin.
How much can I earn?
Five qualifying purchases earn $375; ten earn $750; twenty earn $1,500. These examples are calculations, not typical results or guaranteed earnings. Refunds and eligibility rules apply. No verified typical-earnings figure is currently published.
